Steve Hurley was a Catoctin Mountain Park Artist-in-Residence May 29-June 12, 2012. He is from Eldridge, MO. Steve has a unique art form using acrylic paint and tissue paper. He is mostly self-taught, but has taken some college level fine art classes and multi-day workshops in painting and drawing. Besides his residency at Catoctin Mountain Park, he has also been at Artist-in-Residence at Isle Royale National Park and Petrified Forest National Park.
