Chip Irvine

Chip Irvine was the Artist in Residence at Cunningham Falls State Park in summer 2013.  He is a multimedia artist from Baltimore, MD.  He graduated from the Baltimore School of the Arts, attend Maryland Institute College of Art, attained a B.S. in Fine Arts from Townson University and earned his M.F.A. in Studio Arts from Towson University in 2011. During his residency, he presented a painting workshop at Cunningham Falls State Park where he invited children to paint the large petals of a flower he had drawn.  The artwork was displayed at the park along with notes written and pictures drawn by the participants.   https://chipirvine.com/
