Jeffrey Lockwood

Jeffrey Lockwood, a writer and Ph.D. in entomology from Laramie, Wyoming, was the Artist in Residence at Catoctin Mountain Park May 9-23, 2023.  During his residency, he wrote every day, hiked and researched.  He presented two writing workshops at the Thurmont Library.
